“I founded this natural medicine store as a part of my purpose as a doctor. It’s mission is to maximize health, not profits, so I have a 20% discount built in, and we use the store as an ongoing fundraiser for special needs families.

In fact, much of the medical work we do involves helping our patients wean off of pharmaceuticals because of the many side effects, from the unpleasant to the to the outright harmful.”

UNpharmaceuticals are medical grade, laboratory tested, health-promoting supplements. We’re talking about best quality vitamins, minerals, western herbs, Chinese herbs, tinctures, homeopathics, and other natural remedies from all over the world. Unlike pharmaceuticals, our UNpharmaceuticals can typically be taken as long as they’re needed, have zero to mild side effects, and typically get better results.

A doctor’s invitation is typically required to purchase from the store, because it’s not a retail outlet. It’s more of a supply center for naturopathic doctors and other health professionals. But I believe these products should be available to everyone.

Validated Quality
Supplements are not regulated by the FDA like pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter drugs, so how can a patient or consumer know if they’re any good? The better manufacturers submit their products to independent testing laboratories. No product is allowed in our store unless it’s been independently tested for quality and purity.

Shipping:
This is a health supplements-only supply store, primarily for doctors and their patients. It is not like a major retail site like Amazon, Walmart, or Target. Our store has free shipping above $50 (2 to 4 products, generally), which typically takes 7 – 10 days for Hawaii addresses. It also has an excellent auto-refill option, which patients have said works well.
Expedited shipping
If you prefer to receive your products in 2 - 3 business days, the cost is $4.95. Patients say that even when they include the faster shipping, our prices are often equal or less than what the big general retail sites charge.

With autism and other special needs, there are typically underlying medical conditions that lead to a child’s symptoms. When those medical issues are successfully treated, the conditions improve, sometimes completely if caught early enough.
